Sleepless Nights

I tried going to sleep but then squeaking noises kept me up. Yeah... don't ask. Anyway, I had a lot on my mind and although the body was tired, the mind was busy planning ahead. Consequently, I gave up sleep and decided to get on with my day.

Yassir has gone. Mich is leaving today so I hope to meet up with her later before she goes. I totally double booked myself cause was supposed to be at Tenkaichi for dinner but told Mo I'll cook for him. Silly me. The Tenkaichi thing can't be changed so I'm going to have to apologize profusely to Mo. Ravi is leaving tomorrow. Hell, I'm leaving in a week. It's about time since I'm running out of money again... Sigh, nothing in life is free... Not entirely fun.

The packing is tedious. I get bored after an hour or so. It's so much work and I really can't be bothered yet it needs to be done so I slave on. Things are changing, people are leaving and many of my closest will not return next year. I shall miss them dearly but there's little I can do about it. I would not wish them to stay and find a job here. There's no prospects. No corporate ladders to climb for they can only be found in big cities. I wish them all the best and hope to see them soon.
