Weary thoughts

I leave for Cardiff on Thursday morning. The winter break is over and yet it seems like I've only just arrived in SG. *sigh* How quickly time passes when you're having fun...

We just got back from spending the weekend in KL yesterday after attending my cousin's wedding. The trip was a whirlwind of events from spending time at the day spa with my lil sister to falling over from heat and exhaustion at my cousin's wedding ceremony to being highly embarassed at the banquet by his wedding video and then rushing to the hospital with his grandfather. Man, I was tired by the end of the weekend. Thankfully, things seem to sort itself out and grandfather is much recovered now.

Unfortunately for me, it means the end of my hoiday and the beginning of my exam period. I miss my friends in the UK but still... *sigh* Sometimes, I feel like I'm torn between reality and fantasy. Then again, who's to say what's real and what's not?
