Sitting in the Chem Library

Mo started a tradition this week. Apparently, he wants to have dinner properly on a dinner table every night now. Last night, one of his housemates cooked chicken curry. It was very filling but absolutely delicious. Being typically brought up in HK, I'm not very good with spicy food. I tend to run for the nearest vat of milk. However, I'm proud to say that I managed to get through all the curry on my plate. Maybe my tolerance for spicy food is increasing. Will I try it out on a regular basis? Maybe not.

For some inane idiotic reason, the gloomy weather is really starting to get on my nerves. I seem to complain about it all the time now. The poor people who have to hang out with me. Maybe it's a sign of old age. Perhaps my next complaint will be something along the lines of creaking bones. I can just hear mom saying "At 20?! I think NOT!"

So today, I am sitting in the chem library with my housemate as the business library is far too depressing. The weather outside is still shit but at least it didn't rain on us on the way here. There were some relatively strong winds out there. We think it's a sign that we shouldn't be studying. One should never go against the goddess' will. Very hazardous to one's health as I'm sure we all agree. Still, here I am, bravely sitting in the library looking at my notes and twiddling my thumbs. Have I gotten much revision done? No. Will I? Probably not. Oh well, some things are just meant to be. I knew there was a reason why I should have stayed in bed today.
